Data Access Information

ASEKO devices and Related Services (as defined in the applicable EULA available at https://account.aseko.cloud/terms-of-service) may generate and process certain data in connection with the operation, monitoring and management of pool technology. This information is provided to help users understand what types of data may be generated before using ASEKO Cloud Services.

The exact scope of data depends on the device type, connected accessories, enabled functions, user settings and technical availability.

Users may request access to available data by contacting ASEKO at support@aseko.cloud. After verification of the user account and the relevant ASEKO device, ASEKO will provide the available data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, typically JSON, together with information reasonably necessary to understand the data.

Access to available data is separate from the paid Aseko Cloud subscription. The subscription covers full access to online cloud functions, while statutory data access rights remain unaffected.

At this stage, ASEKO provides available data exports directly to the user upon request. This does not affect any statutory right of the user to request that available data be made available to a third party, where applicable. Unless ASEKO makes the data available directly to a third party under applicable law or agreed technical terms, any voluntary sharing of an exported data file by the user with a third party is the user’s responsibility.
