Current values may also be available directly on the device. Available historical device data is stored in ASEKO Cloud for a limited period, typically 30 days. Configuration, account, security, support and legal records may be retained for the period necessary for the relevant purpose or required by law. ASEKO does not undertake to store Available Data indefinitely. Personal-data retention is described in the Privacy Policy.

Available Data may be viewed through the supported functions of the Applications and User Account. Selected Available Data may also be accessed through the supported official ASEKO API in the format specified in the applicable API Documentation, currently JSON. These access channels are provided by ASEKO without a separate License, subscription or API-access fee.

Where Available Data are not directly downloadable through the Applications, User Account or supported ASEKO API in the format required by applicable law, the User may submit a simple electronic request to support@aseko.cloud. ASEKO may carry out proportionate verification and will provide such data without undue delay and free of charge in a comprehensive, structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, currently JSON, together with the metadata necessary for their interpretation and use, to the extent required by applicable law.

Where available, the User may delete information through the User Account or request deletion through support@aseko.cloud. Account deletion may terminate functions requiring the account and may irreversibly delete settings, history and other data. Deletion is subject to applicable legal, security and retention requirements. Users should retrieve any data they wish to retain before deletion or expiry of the applicable retention period.

The User must identify or authorize the third party and the relevant ASEKO Device and data scope. ASEKO may apply lawful identity, authorization, security, confidentiality and personal-data safeguards. ASEKO does not charge a separate fee for supported access under the EULA; the third party may charge for its own service. The third party’s subsequent processing is governed by its own terms and applicable law.

ASEKO is the holder of any ASEKO trade secrets contained in Available Data. If another person is the trade-secret holder, ASEKO will identify that person where required by applicable law. Proportionate technical and organizational measures may be agreed and applied to preserve confidentiality, security and the integrity of ASEKO Devices, Applications and infrastructure, without unlawfully hindering the User’s data-access rights.

The User may terminate at any time by ceasing use and, where applicable, deleting the User Account. ASEKO may modify, suspend or discontinue a Related Service as set out in the EULA. Termination or discontinuation does not affect data-access rights to the extent required by applicable law. Third-party connectivity, platform or integration charges may still apply.
