ASEKO Cloud connects your pool technology with mobile and web applications, enabling remote monitoring, advanced data tracking and smart control features.

From 1 July 2026, full access to Aseko Cloud services is provided under a subscription model that ensures long-term development, security and reliability of the platform.





Free vs. Subscription

ASEKO Cloud is built as a combination of free essential monitoring and advanced cloud services.

Available without an active subscription
(included with your device):

    • Current pH and disinfection value
    • Water temperature
    • Flow status (flow / no flow)
    • Basic device status in the mobile app

A free version will be available before billing begins.
Until then, enjoy a 6-month free trial.

Aseko Cloud subscription includes:

    • Remote control of your system
      (if supported by the system)
    • Full historical data and graphs
    • Web interface (aseko.cloud)
    • Notifications and advanced alerts
    • Chemical container level monitoring
    • Tracking daily and weekly consumption
    • Monitoring cell lifespan
    • Tracking refill water usage
    • Calculating energy consumption for pool heating
    • API access and smart home integration
    • Multi-device account management

Some features are available only on compatible hardware.

ASEKO Cloud is available in two subscription options:

The annual plan offers the best value for regular users.



Monthly plan

€9.99 / month*

How it works

From 1 July 2026, subscription activation becomes available in the app and web interface.

After activation, you receive 6 months of free access. The first billing will occur no earlier than 1 January 2027.

You can cancel or change your plan at any time according to your subscription terms.



What happens without a subscription?

Your ASEKO device will continue to operate, including dosing and local pool control functions supported by the device.

Even without ASEKO Cloud subscription:

      • Pool water treatment continues through the local operating functions supported by the device
      • Local control via the device interface remains available, where supported
      • Core water parameters remain visible in the app, depending on device type and technical availability 

Cloud-based features such as remote access, history and integrations will not be available.

Will my device stop working without a subscription?​

No. Your device will continue to operate, including dosing and local pool control functions supported by the device.

No. Core values such as pH, Redox, temperature and flow remain available free of charge.

Entering your payment details activates your subscription and starts your six-month free access period.
No payment will be charged before 1 January 2027.

The first payment will not occur before 1 January 2027.

No. Activating your subscription and accepting the subscription terms does not mean you are charged immediately.
After activation, you receive 6 months of free access, and the first payment will not occur before 1 January 2027. You can review your subscription details before any payment is processed.

Yes. Monthly subscription plans are available.

ASEKO Cloud has grown beyond simple pool monitoring into a comprehensive cloud platform for remote management, data insights and smart integrations. To keep the platform secure, reliable and continuously improving, ASEKO Cloud is offered as a subscription service.

The subscription supports ongoing investment in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, software updates, new features and long-term service availability. This ensures that ASEKO Cloud continues to deliver a secure, stable and future-ready experience for all users.

A free version of the ASEKO Live application will be available by the end of 2026, before the subscription billing begins. The free version provides access to essential pool information.
Until then, we recommend activating your subscription and taking advantage of the 6-month free trial, allowing you to continue using all ASEKO Cloud features during the transition period.

Yes. Subscription is linked to your account, not to a single device.

No. API access is part of the subscription, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

No. Owners of ASIN Pool controllers can continue using the application free of charge.
If your account is not automatically recognised as eligible for free access, please contact our support team at support@aseko.cloud, and we will be happy to assist you.

Historical data remains stored securely in ASEKO Cloud for the applicable retention period. Extended in-app access to historical data and graphs requires an active subscription. Statutory rights to request access to available data remain unaffected.
